    My experience with them was a roller coaster. It was always horrible because they would constantly deliver my packages to the wrong home (and it was always the same, wrong home). We lost some packages that belong to my husband, things I bought for our wedding last year, and other things. They also tried to retrieve the packages from our neighbor. Instead they were verbally abusive with us in front of our home; which lead to the police getting involved. Today, my package was misplaced yet again and my heart sank. When I called, I spoke with Ray. RAY IS AMAZING! He located my missing package and redelivered it to my home in LESS THAN AN HOUR! If this ever happen again I will always request for him. Thank you RAY!
